RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

Returning or replacing products is possible when there is no fault of the buyer, the product has not been used and only in the following cases:

- wear during transport

- a product does not meet the specifications such as, for example, hardware failure, knock, open lid, poor label or barcode printing, lack of barcode, expired date, general container defect, defective product, etc.

For all these cases, a written request must be made to our company at [email protected] within three (3) days from the day of receipt of the product. If it is the fault of the laboratory, then with a charge of the laboratory the respective product is returned to the laboratory and the new product is also sent to you.

In order for the return to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice) must be presented
